NEARBY WALKS

• Out the back door and to the end of our dirt road (1/2 mile)
• Out the front door around Wilton's reservoir on a secluded dirt road (1 mile).
• Out the front door into Wilton Center Village and back (1.5 miles).
• Out the front door and down the road to Frye's Measure Mill and (4 miles)(can do a loop, makes a nice run).
• Drive 10 minutes to trails in Miller State Park at Pack Monadnock Mt. (small fee, 3 miles up & down, lovely views).

NEARBY BICYCLE RAMBLES

• Out the driveway, into Wilton Center and down to Wilton and back (hilly 9 miles).
• On Route 31 south from 101 along the Souhegan River to Greenville and back (gentle 14 miles).
• Out the driveway, l oop down to Route 31, north through S. Lyndborough and Lyndborough (hilly 17 miles).
• Note: bicycles are for rent in nearby Peterborough.

AREA PARKS AND HIKING TRAILS

• Monadnock State Park, Rt 124, Jaffrey. 40 miles of trails.
• Greenfield State Park on the shore of Otter Lake. Swimming, picnicking, boat rentals, walking.
• Rhododendron State Park, off Rt 12, Fitzwilliam. 16 acres of wild Rhododendron, blooms in July. Trail
• Wapack National Wildlife Refuge, Temple. Popular hawk migrations area.
• In Wilton, the Heald Tract with ponds and wildlife, and Sheldrich Forest with old growth woodlands.
