POLICIES

• Deposit required: cost of first night required.
• Accepted payment methods: personal check, travelers check.
• Check-in and check-out times are informal though a mid-afternoon arrival is preferred. Late arrivals: please call by 9 p.m. so we can leave the lights on for you.
• Open year-round.
• Children: accomodations generally unsuitable for young children; parents please use best judgement regarding older children.
• Pets: pets welcome if leashed, stay in owner's room at night.
• Smoking: permitted on porches outside only.
• Alcohol: allowed.
• Languages: English and "Gardening" spoken.
